on Tuesday the 11th of March the NAG met and discussed their three priorities. Antisocial Behavious on the Northborough was discussed and it was agreed that the priority would be extended to cover the whole neighbourhood. Issues relating to Parking, particularly in Littlebrook avenue were discussed and commented upon. You can see the agenda on the meetings page.
on Tuesday the 9th of February the NAG met and watched a presentation on effective problem solving. In addition residents discussed specific issues relating to Anti Social Behaviour in Littlebrook Avenue and Portland Close. You can see the slides here and find more details on the meetings page.
on Tuesday the 28th of July teh NAG met and mst of the meeting was dedicated to the Iona Crescent parking isues. We had 25 residents from the street at the meeting and dicussed a range of options, resulting in a suggestion for a 2 hour restriction Monday - Friday. This suggestion will now be shared with other residents to see if it is possible to gain a majority view.. You can see the slides here and find more details on the meetings page.
on Tuesday the 28th of April we met and discussed a range of issues including the Blumfield Development, Parking Issues, Anti Social Behaviour Issue and Community Issues. You can see the slides here and find more details on the meetings page.
We held our NAG meeting on Tuesday the 31st of March at 7pm in the Haymill Centre. We discussed a range of issues and celebrated the success of clearing the issue with Royston Way.
In March we also had a visit from the Crown Prosecution Service to explain what they do and the challenges they face. Interestingly the meeting was more focussed on the inter agency communications issues, this is something we will discuss at our next NAG meeting. The CPS also have an interesting website which can be found here.
In March the police hosted a NAG Chairs event which gave us an insight into a number of initiatives including 'The Police Pledge' and 'Justice Seen - Justice Done' We are currently awaiting permission to placce further updates on the web site, but we do plan to give people an update at the next NAG Meeting.

During November, Thames Valley Polioe are raising awareness of 'Smartwater' by visiting Local Schools. Smartwater allows you to TAG valuable items so that they can be traced in the event of theft. If you would like to learn more then pleae contact us or read more at the Smartwater Web Site..

During the September meeting we discussed our new draft strategies, we had feedback from our first environmental audit and a great discussion with some of our youth members. You can read more here
Our July meeting was focused on understanding the output of our public meetings and setting actions which willl lead to a formation of draft strategies and new priorities.
We are now collating the details from our last two Public Meetings and will be publishing a summary of the information on the website shortly. We would like to thank everyone who attended and gave their views on the issues in Haymill.
