DOWNLOAD FAQ's
1. The download fails part way through
This may happen from time to time. There is no easy answer to this, however I
have found that the program can be
downloaded reliably during off peak UK network times (generally speaking before
7am weekdays) in addition the
program has been registered at www.winsite.com , www.download.com and
www.hitsquad.com so you could try
downloading from one of those and see if the connection is any better.
2. Can a copy be sent via Email attachment
I am afraid that the cost of doing this is no longer an option. I receive
roughly 10 requests a day for this service
and I just cannot afford to continue this service.
3. My browser does not allow downloads
If you are really stuck, I am happy to send a copy by landmail, assuming you
provide a disk and sufficient
UK funds for the return postage. Please email me for the necessary address.
4. Can I get SaxTutor on CD
Currently no, but if I get sufficient requests I can change this, the likely
cost of a CD would
be 20$ including shipping anywhere in the world.
